My husband never stayed there they canceled his Reservation on him because he did not get there at 3pm to check in he got there at 8pm and she wouldn't help to get a different room because they were sold out and i booked this back in may and they canceled it on him

It was the worst place I stayed in my life.The room was filled with bad smell and I have to go out and bought air freshner to spray.It looked like a slum in a third world country.I will never recommend any one to stay this place.

I made prepaid reservation for two nights through booking.com. I highlighted that I arrive early morning around 2am. Upon arrival with 4 kids tired of extended car travel I was rejected to check in, as their system “cancel any reservation not showed up before 2am, and I arrived 20 minutes later. My money just gone, not refunded not by Suburban nor by booking.com. Hotel manager as “a favor” just sold me by cash another room, what is double payment for the same night, and the second night just burned out.

Room itself seem to be a little dirty. Chair in the corner was frayed. Drain in the sink was extremely slow and in the tub. Not quite so slow. Overall nice stay but also did not look crisp and neat. Dark rugs look dirty, and felt grungy, bathroom floor felt sticky
