"Suburban Arlington"

Convenient location, on the bus route. Just 10 minutes drive to the mall and shops. Full kitchenette but no utensils, not sure how that works.

Did not stay Property is not as described Does not provide daily housekeeping (no clean towels provided daily if you want the room cleaned there is an additional fee) Facility is an extended stay complex with permanent residents After checking in and seeing conditions we immediately canceled the room and left

Overall the staff was very pleasant. I was informed it was a nonsmoking establishment, yet it smelled of cigarettes all through the building. They implement a quiet tume, but do not seem to enforce it. My neighbors were constantly arguing and it got violent multiple times. Other than these small inconveniences, the stay was fine.

My family spend our weekend in Chicago for my niece’s birthday, I’m so happy we book here. Steve and his staff are so sweet and friendly, They take care of their customers. I want to book again in July but it’s book out. **thank you Steve for taking care of us when ever we come to you for the littlest things.
