Location good. Bathrooms lovely. Breakfast good. Clean.

Asked for a double and twin for adult children. Allocated a family room with ‘large’ double & twin accessed from a winding staircase via a sofa bed room. The twin was great but large double was tiny with a 4ft 6 bed with high windows and air conditioning that didn’t work. No kettle, coffee machine or water in the double. We were told we couldn’t swap the room & were given a fan. It was stifling. I slept on the sofa. I expect better for €400. Horrible night.

The location is excellent-right next to the train station and within easy reach of Pisa's main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean. Breakfast is very good with excellent choices. The location is really excellent and very near to the historic centre and shops. Train station just opposite so made it really easy for us to complete our visits to Lucca - Florence and Cinque Terre.

Size of room, 2 bathrooms, wonderful breakfast buffet.

Location was close to train station but far from the sights, overall pretty convenient location though

Très bon accueil, et très bons renseignements pour information sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec énormément de choix, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

Αν πω ότι έχω μείνει περίπου 10 φορες, δεν θα είναι υπερβολή. Απέναντι από το σταθμό, καθαρό δωμάτιο με καλό αιρκοντίσιον, ωραίο μπάνιο, παντοφλες, ευγενικό προσωπικό. Του χρονου πάλι εκεί.

Θα έπρεπε να είχε ένα μπουκάλι νερό προσφορά και βραστήρα για καφέ ή τσάι
