Die Lage ist sehr schön und auch die Anlage macht einen gemütlichen und gepflegten Eindruck.

Hotel ist teilweise sehr alt und abgewohnt, neu waren die Zimmer bestimmt mal sehr schön, leider überall kaputt Lampen und Möbel und auch die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls nicht besonders einladend und total überteuert für die Qualität , nich5 mal das Frühstück ist gut.

Hotel przy samej plaży, jednej z najlepszych na Maui, cicho, spokojnie w okolicy. Warto wziąć pokój z widokiem na morze, na balkonie jest stolik i dwa fotele, a widok cudny. Ładna, bardzo spokojna plaża, Spacerem około 15min ścieżką wzdłuż wybrzeża przechodzimy do drugiej strony Black Rock, gdzie jest dużo sklepów, restauracji, znacznie więcej ludzi, trochę głośno, tłocznie. Śniadanie w formie bufetu, wystarczający wybór i dobra jakość. W hotelu jest restauracja i sklep z jedzeniem na wynos, t.j. kanapki, słodkie przekąski, kawa, lody. Codziennie w hotelu odbywa się Luau, wstęp biletowany, płatny. Duży parking.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel le long de la plage de Kaanapali, magnifique. Le resort est bien arboré, La mise à disposition de serviettes de plage (seul service inclus), La proximité avec la plage

- La propreté laisse à désirer dans les chambres, - le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours (tous les 2 jours) sous un prétexte d’écologie. Pourtant refaire le lit ou passer l’aspirateur n’a rien à voir avec l’écologie… - taxe de séjour exorbitante, - l’hôtel dispose d’un parking énorme mais il demande des frais de 40$(avant taxes), par nuité… Il n’y a aucune autre possibilité de se garer aux alentours. - les serveurs et le personnel est désagréable, - le restaurant est envahi de pigeons qui font leur besoin sur les tables dressés, sur les couverts et les serviettes… les serveurs râlent lorsque l’on demande à ce que la table soit nettoyée et les couverts changés… - les animations sont payantes et les tarifs exhorbitants, - les massages et autres soins du spa sont à plus de 200$, même pour les clients de l’hôtel, - serveurs insistants avec les tips, voire désobligeants, - à notre checkout, un don a été appliqué sur notre facture finale pour une soit disante conservation du littoral… Nous avons insisté pour que ce soit retiré, - les chaises longues à la plage et parasols sont payants (75$/j), - à 17h, les plagistes vous chasse des sièges longs et vous demandent de vous mettre dans le sable, BREF hôtel pas du tout digne d’un 4 étoiles…
