Grantley is a fantastic hotel

We arrived early and we were kindly allowed use of the spa, pools, sauna and steam room. Service is second to none. We would have liked to have eaten at Sean Rankin’s restaurant but, unfortunately there was a wedding being held there. Our meal in Fletchers was very good. Our (cosy) room was on the top floor but next to the lift, which was fortunate. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very efficient room service.

A friend treated us to lunch as a celebration present for our wedding.We are in our late 70s.We arrived at the electric gate and were greeted by young man who offered to ring and get staff to meet us and park our car.When we drove the fantastic drive up to the hotel,several staff members came out the car was taken and parked.Inside complementary glasses of champagne awaited us.Following that we were shown to Fletchers resturaunt.We didn't want wine just tap water ,but the attentive staff continued to fill our glasses as if we had purchased a top class wine.The food was beautiful. The surroundings stunning but what made this experience so special was the staff they were second to none.We are not well off and this was a magnificent treat at our age.So much so we are booking for 3 nights in a suite for our first anniversary.Therefore a massive save is ahead of us, but it will be worth every penny. I forgot to add, a card of congratulations awaited us on our table along with a tray of fruit and sweets which had in chocolate written congratulations. This was the very best of customer relations we have ever experienced. Who ever is in charge of HR they deserve so much praise ,their staff are a credit to them.Please do book Grantley ,you will not be disappointed,it is fabulous in everyday..

Such a treat to have champagne tea for two at Grantley Hall. From the gateman to the valet parking, the staff in the drawing room and the return of our car the experience was top class.

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. I went with my wife Susan for our anniversary, from the first contact at the Gatehouse we were made to feel very special. Throughout our stay every single member of staff gave 100% attention to detail making our stay perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel, spa and restaurants to any one

At the end of August we had the pleasure of dining at Grantley Hall's Restaurant EightyEight, along with our son Ben, who works in the restaurant at the hotel. All three of us chose the tasting menu - a perfectly balanced selection of dishes, all of which were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We were very well taken care of by Rowan and Sam, who were most attentive in ensuring that we had a really enjoyable evening. What a treat!

Everything it was amazing

Incredible location and experience, nothing is too much trouble, the service from the staff is friendly and attentive, overall a fabulous experience.
