"A beautiful look pub in a great location that seems poorly run"

Really poor that breakfast does not start until 09:00. We were heading off early and there wasn't even option for a coffee.

The food was overpriced, so we went to the pub up the road for dinner

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passte überhaupt nicht. Es hat ungefähr das doppelte oder dreifache zu den vorherigen Unterkünften gekostet.

Nice friendly hotel. Good food. The outside area is nice and welcoming.

We had a converted garage with 2 rooms, which was cramped and didn't have any ventilation so it was very hot and hard to breathe. We had fans but needed fresh air.

"Perfect location, good atmosphere and food . Shame about breakfast not starting til late"

The location was great for us as we were walking the South Downs Way. Staff were very attentive

We booked a twin room but was given a double . We were too tired to ask for it to be changed It was very frustrating that breakfast was so late ( starting at 9 am) and quite expensive. The local shop is making the most of this as we purchased something for breakfast and left at 7.30
