Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee North

The receptionist at night was awesomely great. So nice polite and very social. Loved it. It was also very clean and the pool was too. Highly satisfied

Avoid the even numbered rooms. You will be facing the expressway. If you can sleep to white noise you will probably do okay otherwise expect to wake up a few times. Breakfast- don’t expect hot food other than waffles. We were there for 1 weekend night. Went to eat at 8:30. No scrambled eggs, sausage looked like some frozen microwaveable brown disk. Bagels and otter breads weren’t restocked until we asked, no yogurt in frig. Pretty much out of everything. The bed was really comfortable and room was nice overall

I’m sorry but the customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. The hotel flooded, understood that natural phenomena happen, and I was emailed by the “general manager” that I could receive a refund if we chose to cancel our reservation with no issues. Well, all I’ve had is issues since this girl is nowhere to be found. The main number to the hotel is disconnected so you can’t even call them, and the email said to email the manager back, it’s been a week and a half and no response. I will be calling corporate today.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! We booked a block of rooms for people coming into the area for a 50th High School reunion. Historical floods damaged the property causing it to close. I get that. Act of god. However...the communication with our group to rebook everyone was non-existent. I received one garbled phone message that I simply could not understand, excepting hearing "floods" and "Hampton Inn". So, I called the Fairfield only to learn that the phone was no longer in service. So, I called the Hampton Inn only to be told that they knew of the Fairfield closure, but had no record of my reservation. Marriott did not get in touch with the person that booked the block of rooms. Marriott did not send an email of my rebooking. I called the Hampton Inn and the Residence Inn (the two hotels in the area) every day for FOUR days. On the fifth day, the Hampton miraculously had my rebooking, but NO ONE could tell me where my classmates had been rebooked. I NEVER received an email confirmation of the rebooking. I never was told that Hampton would honor the pricing from our block. Meanwhile, I continued to receive emails from the Fairfield welcoming me to the area and asking me to check in digitally...and it was closed!! Simply POOR MANAGEMENT and even worse communication. At the actual reunion, I talked to the out of town guests who also had the same lack of communication and most ended up finding their own lodging at the LaQuinta down the road. Due to this experience...Marriott and specifically Fairfield is off my list for any further travel. And I am still a corporate traveler who can chose my own hotel 3 out of 4 weeks a month...and Marriott is done! This was inexcusable!

Gostei do atendimento, do quarto que era bem grande e com cozinha completa com todos os acessórios necessários geladeira, fogão, microondas e maquina de lavar roupas. O café da manhã foi muito bom no padrão americano. As roupas de cama de banho eram novas e excelente. Pedi ajuda algumas vezes para impressão de documentos e fui respondido na hora

Usei a lavanderia 2 vezes mais eles não tinham moedas tive que buscar no hotel ao lado. Além disso a maquina de retirar amaciante estava quebrada.

Room was clean. Staff very professional. Amenities in perfect conditions. The breakfast was acceptable.

The A/C unit rattled so loud it would wake us up when it turned on - very annoying.

Didn’t get to stay here they were over booked, they owe me a refund

the hotel was in food condition. Without wearing. Good car acessibility and several cheap restaurants nearby.

The ckeaning service. Nobody vacuumcleaned the room, at least we found toys from tge previous guests on the floor. Also we were told the cleaning should be any other day but in fact they did it once per 4-5 days. The shower gel was never refilled even though we asked for. The laundry service needed quarters but they pretty often were unable to exchange money. Breakfast facility had long times while some food was away.
