Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee North

Excellent for the price. Great value. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast staff were lovely and accommodating to any requests.

Breakfast

We were shocked by the high cost of our room on our 2 day, mid week stay.The pool is quite small but clean. Breakfast choices were adequate. Staff might want to check on refilling Bacon or Sausage more often...meats usually run out before all else and it was a long wait till they restocked. Some staff were friendlier than others. They should smile andbe friendly to guests more often.

For me everything was perfect

My room was cleaned once in 7 days. I had to take our my garbage and go to front desk for towels even after repeatly daily reqesting service. I am requesting a partial refund. I would have left except after prepaying almost $1000 it seemed financially not sound

Friendly staff

The staff was friendly and I liked that it was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the shower had good pressure and there was breakfast in the morning. Also a fridge in the room was nice for leftovers!

I was disappointed that the TV didn't have internet and so I couldn't cast from my phone to it, and there wasn't any app services like Netflix, Max, etc... so the tv options were pretty limited. Also, the pool was smaller than I expected and could get crowded if more than one family was there.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The woman at the front desk clearly hated her job and treated us like crap. The room she gave us had a door and jamb that someone had tried to jimmy open so we were concerned it wasn’t secure.

Pool was a joke! When calling down to the front desk to request additional towels… clerk told us to go find a housekeeping cart from our floor.

The front desk staff were great. They aimed to please. I wasn’t too happy with the house keeping. I asked upon check-in to have my room cleaned daily. I did not get my room not once. I had to request towels twice from the front deck upon returning to the hotel for my evening shower. The tubs also need to be replaced. They are not nice looking tubs. I changed rooms due to the condition of the tub. But found that the tub looked the same. I’m sorry to say this due to such great people that work the front deck.
