Delayed check-in as staff did not show up for work so unable to check in for over 1 1/2 hours. Broken hardware in bathroom. Stayed for 3 days but received no room service. Power out on second night.

The front desk reservationist didn't show up to work so the hotel was unable to check in any people. The person who came over from The Renaissance Inn did not know from housekeeping what rooms were cleaned and available. Check-in began at 3pm but we were unable to check in until around 4:40pm.

Horrible service beginning with checkin. The front desk guy was unfriendly.Didnt get any room service until night 3. The one time they did clean the room they left one bed un maid.There was also no pool towels asked the front desk and she stated they were in the dryer and would be done in 15 minutes.After over hour we went back to the front desk and still no pool towels.There was also a random man who knocked on our door and asked if we were checking out on day 3 of our 5 night stay. We later found out he was apart of the housekeeping staff.

"If you want to get a good nights sleep, don’t stay here."

The location is convenient and the property is clean.

The doors are made of steel and slam all night long. The walls are paper thin. The staff had attitude and made excuses. The door closest to our room was out of order (why wasn’t there a sign). When I contacted the staff regarding the door, there was attitude.
