The location was convenient to many things - could easily walk. When we checked in the girl at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. Really makes a difference on first impressions when you have that. She was so welcoming.

"good luck with extra pillows LOL"

My family stayed here recently for 2 nights. On the first night I requested extra pillows by calling reception. "Extra pillows for room 112 please?" Their answer was "OK......". They never showed up. The next morning before going out I talked to reception on the way out for the day. I explained that my request for extra pillows the night before was not met. No apology or anything. The lady simply said "OK I'll tell housekeeping." When we got back that night I discovered there were still no extra pillows. I called them when I got to the room and reception told me that she was the only one working, that housekeeping was gone for the day, and that she didn't know if she'd be able to find extra pillows. Of course they never arrived but my family began joking about my futile requests. The hotel was in otherwise good shape. Rooms were clean and comfortable, parking easy, and in a decent area. The pool was extremely small and indoors, so adjust your expectations properly if you have kids. The beds were soft, wifi was adequate, and a nice large LG TV. The tub in room 112 drained very slowly so I would take a look at that. We didn't have the free breakfast but my wife and I had some coffee which was fine. As we left the last morning what I assumed was housekeeping and another male were joking about their jobs as we walked past. One of them snickered as they didn't realize there were hotel guests in the vicinity but it was extremely unprofessional. I did get a partial photo of one of them by accident as I was curious to see if there was a pillow shortage. I probably would not stay here again if this same team were working here.
