"What a great stay!"

We only stayed one night but what a great location to access the city by foot. The bar area was large and spacious. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Under bed light was subtle when moving from bed to bathroom. Loved the extra touch of balloons and rose petals as well as the mirror message for my husband's birthday. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Lovely air conditioning throughout and such a quiet hotel. We had a great night's sleep.

Hello, I booked this accommodation with breakfast included, and the booking confirmation clearly states that breakfast was part of my reservation. However, the hotel refused to provide breakfast during my stay. As a result, I did not receive a service that I paid for. I would like to request a refund for the breakfast portion of my booking or another appropriate compensation.
