Very modern lovely reception and bar area

Bathroom was tiny. Not enough worktop space in the bedroom to put makeup sprays etc what was there was taken up by tea and coffee supplies and a kettle.

"Great Vibe, Lovely Staff, Would Definitely Return"

We had a lovely stay at the Moxy York. For a 3-star hotel it feels very modern, stylish and full of character, with a great atmosphere throughout. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Maya who stood out for her excellent service. We had a small issue with the door lock, but it was fixed immediately, which we really appreciated.

The only minor downside is that a bit more shelving or storage in the rooms would be helpful. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we’d happily return.

"York stay to see family , was great location but food not so good"

Great location Good vibes

Some items in the hot breakfast were not nice and not warm enough. Some items on bar menu were not nice , pork belly bites were solid and un chewable. Shower not very powerful at all , took for ages just to wash my hair.
