Really nice hot and cold buffet for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great location 10 min walk from the train station and about 15 to the Bodleian etc. Quiet and comfortable room with a good size shower.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly. Breakfast service was fab, nothing was ever too much trouble. Susma at breakfast was very friendly and always smiling.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the filtered water stations on every floor, which made it easy to refill our bottles throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the pancake machine was a huge hit with our daughter! A special thank you to Sushma for her kindness and the lovely, generously filled special plates she prepared. We would also like to thank Lucia, Stavan, and Praveen for their outstanding service. The reception and breakfast teams were incredibly warm and welcoming. They took the time to chat with our daughter, made her feel very special, and even gifted her balloons, which absolutely made her day. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable stay!

the room wasnt clean properly and the breakfest was not good, the plates at the breakfest were dirty

Fantastic location - close to everything. Reasonably priced with good service. Right by the prison built in 1000+ and there is a nice coffee shop by the prison entrance. Across the street from a creek which has a nice, scenic walking path.
