Die Lage war gut

Das Fenster im Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Treppe nach unten gelaufen 4 Stockwerke unten angekommen, ging es ohne Zimmerkarte nicht weiter, also wieder ganz nach oben und den Aufzug genommen. Das war auch der Notweg

The room was clean, spacious, and located in a very central area, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, it provided a comfortable stay.

A few details and amenities were missing that would have made it feel more fully equipped. Additionally, although the reception staff were always polite and friendly, there was occasionally a lack of information. Better communication and more proactive guidance would have further enhanced the guest experience.

Quiet despite being a city hotel. Excellent location.

Mattress too soft for me, maybe need a new , firm one? Breakfast was definitely better than Courtyard hotels in US, still has a way to go to be as good as a full British hotel.

Good quality bedding and toiletries . Comfortable bed.

The roof top was closed due to construction work. Would have been nice to know beforehand.

Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof Durften früher einchecken. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit HP für eine Nacht war für uns gut. Gutes Frühstück.

Das Rührei war einfacher Art. Das Hinweisschild, dass andere Eier und Omelette bestellt werden kann, hatten wir leider übersehen!

Terrific location, central to everything Oxford. Air conditioned rooms. (Rare in the summer in Oxford.). Lovely staff - Susma was wonderful at breakfast time. Very personable and attentive. Joshua at the front desk deserves kudos for attentiveness and good cheer.
