SkyCity Hotel

Very impressed with the warmth, friendliness, and professional service from the reception and concierge team. For such a large hotel they surprised us with how well they handled our individual needs. Will definitely recommend to friends coming from overseas and fellow kiwis. Thanks for a great stay!

All staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Tae who checked us in early. All facilities in our room were spotless and we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed at skycity with our daughter for her first concert. The service was awesome. It was super busy but all the staff took great care of us. We left a message when we booked that it was a present for our daughter and they left a balloon and chocolates and we were picked as guest of the day and upgraded rooms. My husband on crutches also struggled and all the staff offered help and where awesome. Thank you sky city !!

Awesome, from the check in to the check out ! It’s our daughter’s birthday they have surround the room with special messages to her, leave a few gifts ! We also received ticket to the sky tower to the whole family ( we are family of 6) Thanks sky city, you made our daughters day perfect!

Aiden provided exceptional service and truly made my birthday stay feel extra special. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and proactive in ensuring everything was thoughtfully arranged. We only stayed one night. We arrived before the official check-in and luckily our room was already available and we were allowed to check-in early. The beds are very comfy and they offer different types of pillows. Very quiet as well. We went straight to the SkyTower (because we had a dining reservation for the evening and stayed at the hotel we paid a cheaper price for the SkyTower) and had a hot beverage and cake up there. We didn't do any of the activities but you can watch the other people. Later that evening, after dinner at the Orbit 360, we went to the casino. Unfortunately if you are not member of the sky city you can't buy tokens from the cashier. So either have to be member or cash. It also seemed like that there is no dresscode and anyone can get in. Also they have a system in the parking lot that's supposed to tell you where you parked. Glad I wrote mine on the paper because the system couldn't find my car. On the 2 days before Christmas 🎄.. My true love said me🎶... July 2025 - we should booked an unforgettable Christmas treat..just the 2 of us...🤫🤫 We browsed the web thingy 🧐 We looked around.. 👍Location - in the heart of CBD 👍 Parking available..we chose to come by taxi 👍 Celebrations galore ! It was definitely a Christmas 🎄🎁 vibe all around us the moment you step inside Sky City ! 👍 Efficient check in service..they even have self check in to save time 🤗 👍 I am not going to tell you about our person we met as strangers, left as friends - Aiden and Dickey, What makes for an exceptional service ? : Smile 😁 goes a long way : Courteous manners 🙏 : For some people a Hotel is just a place to stay : For us it is the WHOLE experience. : To whom it my concern at the top of the rank... :" He who is at the helm, leads the charge - by example..Aiden and Dickey... Great team leaders. As Arney says - because we watched a few movies while here 😉.. WE WILL BE BACK! I am registered for the next package deal to celebrate 🥂🥳
