Unprofessional workers that seem very unhappy with their job. The hotel needs air fresheners in the hallway it smells like wet dog, Location is very good easy access to everything. Pool dirty. The manager seems to not care even when you go to them with an issue that you have. I will never return to this hotel simply because of bad service from the top down,

Our hotel experience was exceptional! A special thanks to Sal and his front desk team, Laura, Angel and David for their care, kindness and professionalism. Because of how well we were treated, we will certainly return to this hotel and tell others. Thank you Sal, Laura, Angel, David and the breakfast cafe staff!!

The location was great!!

Parking was tight!

The location and staff were amazing. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend new furniture in the living rooms. My couch had an odor and was visibly dirty. I wasn’t in my room often but when I was I steered clear of the couch.

It was convenient.

Arrived to check in. Upon arrival, I was told the room I booked had been “overbooked” and that they would give me something similar. Okay cool. When I got to that room, neither of the tvs worked!!!! And the room was just okay as far as cleanliness. The sofa bed had stains on it …I will never ever recommend this hotel

Location

The toilet seat was loose. I asked someone to fix it and they did not. It is a pet friendly hotel and it shows there were dogs barking all night and morning

Staff to include housekeeping were very sweet and helpful!

Property is old and worn down. No money being invested in repairs and such.
