Location

Smelled like animal urine. Room type booked months ahead of time was not available at check in. Had to be moved twice. Quality of rooms not worth the price. Will not be going back.

Did not like that I was placed in a handicap accessible room. Very awkward because everything was close to floor. Management would not accommodate me with another room or acknowledge my Bonvoy nrr er membership

I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was awesome EVERYDAY as well as the chefs and prep team! Front Desk staff were Super! The cleaning staff was very attentive! Please please stay here! Love me some Element PTC ALL BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF! Thank you all for a great stay!! I will be back
