Element by Marriott Hampton Peninsula Town Center

I like everything about Element. I usually stay there when I'm in town.

Excellent location near shops and restaurants. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have great room options and amazing pricing and easy on and off 64

The hotel had an amazing courtyard, perfect walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, and the rooms were gigantic and spacious with mini kitchens, appliances, etc. Parking was free and the free breakfast was a bonus on a relaxing work trip.

No A/c and dirty

The staff was distracted when I initially walked in. And even though I was bused in, I wasn’t greeted until after standing and waiting at the counter for a few minutes. The young man who checked me in was kind and sweet, but was distracted by a woman that was there. The room I booked showed windows all around the bedroom but what I was placed in was completely different. I was given a room with a view of the street on the first floor with people walking by. The chain to pull the curtain down was hanging from the wall. And the hot water in the bathroom sink would not turn on. This wasn’t my first time staying here, but this will definitely be my last.

Unclean

The front desk staff was always courteous and professional.
