Villa 1927 Arthotel Boutique

Friendly staff, felt right at home. Comfortable room, beautiful house, didnt have on site restaurant but the next door restaurant brought us food. Family atmosphere.

Nice view of the lake but the rooms are substandard and overpriced. There is no air conditioning and the was tons of mosquitoes in the room. I was scheduled to stay two nights but left after just one. Will not be going back.

Hubo mucho ruido durante la madrugada por parte de los establecimientos vecinos y también los vecinos de cuarto siguieron la fiesta en el cuarto contiguo, cuando lo que nosotros buscábamos era un lugar tranquilo para descansar

Beutiful hotel right at the lake front. We were only there for one night, but we had nk issues what so ever. The hotel provided kayaks and bikes for their guests to use. The pool and lounging area was very nice. The hotel room itself was great, the beds were comfortable.

desde un inicio no tienen quien te ayude abrir para estacionar tu carro, check in excelente , lo mlao fue que no tienen restaurante o no te dan alternativas para comer algo dentro del hotel y por otro lado en la habitacion 208 en la noche llovio y se filtro el agua que mojo todas las maletas y una gotera exactamente a la mitad de la cama tuvimos que mover toda la cama en la noche para que no nos mojara. muy bonito el hotel pero deja mucho que desear y mas por el precio

Me gusto la ubicación del hotel, la habitación muy colonial, la alberca estaba un poco sucia, no había servicio de restaurant ni de bar, el estacionamiento muy pequeño, no hay elevadores y el servicio de TV solo era si tenias cuenta Netflix

Mucho moscos y no tienen aire acondicionado el cuarto tenía olor a encerrado

Fabulous view right on Lake Chapala. Service staff was outstanding. Basically had the pool to ourselves as our stay was during the week and in July which is the rainy season. The little rain there was occurred in the night while sleeping. The hotel was a mansion built for President Porfirio Diaz. Designed by Gustave Eiffel. A girder from the Eiffel tower is part of the hotel.

Great House but dirty and lack of staff. The few staff they had was nice and respectful.
