"Front lake view "

Our room was front lake view. Very clean and cute room. The pool was alittle dirty(green looking). Had problems with the wifi in our room and they promise to fix and it didn't get fix.

A lovely remodeled Hacienda with the perfect Lake front location. Our suite was large and had a fantastic view. We travel often and are rather picky but the place is a true gem in Chapala.

De los mejores hoteles en Chapala, excelente ubicación justo en el Malecón. El staff super amable, siempre te hacen sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son únicas e impecables. Un lugar único y tranquilo. Es la combinación de lo moderno con lo histórico. Definitivamente quisiera volver a hospedarme de nuevo y disfrutar de la piscina y la vista espectacular que tiene el hotel.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is beautifully restored and in a great location. We only wished we could have stayed longer. There is a pool and bar with some snacks. The drinks were excellent and we only had the guacamole, which was very well prepared. Staff is very nice, and one of the hosts even fixed a small issue with my rental car when I arrived. Amazing place.

Staff are professional and friend. This hotel has a wonderful view out looking the lake. Walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, ect. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room's are a bit to dark, only has small lamps. No, phone, no refrigerator nor microwave. It just a very nice old fashion hotel.
