Umbral a Curio Collection by Hilton is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room was clean and spacious with renowned staff 24 hours. The hotel was a walking distance from the central and zocalo.

"Great hotel but avoid the rooftop restaurant "

This is a nice hotel if you need to stay in Centro Historico. The front desk staff and housekeeping team are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is not very good and the service could not be any slower even if you are the only person in the restaurant. One waiter was either so poorly trained or in the wrong position that everything he did was incorrect. Kind of ruined what would have been a nice stay.

"Amazing and welcoming staff"

The room was beyond comfortable. The pillows are super soft. I loved having the record player. The whole staff is super welcoming and kind. This hotel is 100% lgbt friendly. Luis from Concierge is beyond friendly. It's definitely worth staying over here and being able to walk around the downtown and going back to get some rest to keep on going.

"Very good stay in the Centri Historico, with decent rooms and excellent staff."

The staff was lovely and the rooms were serviceable.

The rooms do show a bit of wear. I got an exceptionally good price. Had I been paying full price I may have been disappointed. The area is central but not beautiful.
