"An amazing hotel in the heart of Mexico City."

A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. We would highly recommend staying here. Its close proximity to the heart of Mexico City, along with easy transport to major tourist attractions such as the Frida Kahlo Museum and the pyramids, makes this hotel a real gem. Most importantly, the hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are lovely, and the staff are outstanding. No request was ever too much trouble. Manuel, Felix, Victoria, and the lovely waiter in the restaurant upstairs at the pool bar with all of the tattoos, were especially helpful throughout the week we spent at the hotel. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning in our original room, but the staff handled it immediately by moving us to another room and assisting us with everything we needed. Honestly, we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

"Great hotel stay"
