Elevator not working, had to carry luggage up and down stairs, which was located outside. 1st room they gave my, 307 was dirty. Final room, 221, was not totally ready, but I was tired from traveling 8 hours. The Bathroom was being remodeled, not completed. It seems lately that I'm getting terrible rooms when I book thru booking.com, instead of calling hotel directly. Never again.

The stairway led to the outside instead of the inside and the pool was not heated

It was dirty, had bugs, used ice bucket( not cleaned) drapes falling off, the building on the Ge outside look like a prison. No soap to wash your hands. Had to use shampoo they provided to wash my hands. Etc, etc,

The shower was nice

The pool was cold the room was hot the elevator was broken it just was what I expected

Elevator was down, had to walk outside for stairs because no stairs inside. The internet was down which didn’t allow me to extend my stay. There were no blackout curtains so the light from the lobby was in my face the entire time.

terrible hotel

There was no one at the front desk for a while upon arrival. Even though reservations were made online there was paperwork to fill out. It’s literally a hotel stay I’m not buying a house. The pool area is out in the open in the lobbyish area and the pool was extremely cold. The facility itself was beyond cold. Once we got to our room there weren’t enough towels. My daughter went to ask for extra shampoo and they gave her one. The facility itself is empty. No one to really see who comes in our out. It just overall was a bad experience. I will definitely never stay here again.
