Wyndham Garden Conference Center Champaign - Urbana

This hotel was terrible. As we walked in the outside garbage can was overflowing. Walls peeling. Humidity smell as you walked in. No toiletries for room or towels for the all guests. Only one towel available and when we asked for more, they said towels were drying. Apparently they have a short supply of towels. Asked for more towels and were never delivered.

I have never stayed in such an awful place. People were sleeping in the lobby because the rooms had no AC. 400 room,bars on the windows. No towels. Elevator worked sometimes. Staff wouldn't take care of anything. Lines of people complaining. The owner and family lived there. Hookers and drug dealers using the hotel.

Do not stay here the elevator has not worked in 2 years and the a/c is out in half of the rooms it needs to be shutdown i wanted my money back that night but they would only refund me the first night only one bath towel one hand towel and one wash cloth in the room per room

It was the worst place we have ever stayed. It was dirty and rundown. The air conditioning was so dirty it wouldn’t work we saw a roach. We cancelled the other 2 nights and went home early which cut our vacation short.

The air conditioning did not work, the rooms had no towels or soap or shampoo the staff didn’t seem to care about any of the guests concerns

No air room musty. Waited over a hour for room at five o’clock check in was at 3 o’clock more like a warehouse setting

Dirty, air conditioning didn’t work, font desk staff unhelpful. Couldn’t stay in room 83 degrees. Left early wouldn’t recommend to use this hotel!!!
