Wyndham Garden Conference Center Champaign - Urbana

I left, refused to stay due to being filthy. They offered me 2 different rooms. One had hair all over bathroom and spilled red makeup. The other room had sticky candy on nightstand, brown marks on toilet, no wash cloths, and used hand towel. DON'T STAY HERE!

Basically nothing

Room was not prepared for 3 persons, despite the booking. It required a lot of discussions to obtain bed sheets for the third person. A/C was not working. Lifts were not operational on the night that we have arrived.

Room had one Towel and had no washcloths or hand towels. I found that the phone did not work when I tried to call the front desk about the towel issue. The shower head would not spray water more than a six to 10 inch's from the wall. The bathroom counter had a holder for facial tissues, but none were in it. The Bathroom had shampoo, but no soap. It had a coffee pot and coffee, but no cups to drink it in as well as no water cups. The room had two refrigerators in it but no microwave. The room also had an ironing board, but no iron. I also noticed that the side entrance doors to the property did not lock at night due to the handle being taped in the open position at all times.

Though the room was booked for 3 persons, 3rd bed was not prepared. It took a lot discussions to be able to obtain bedsheets. Room air was stale and the A/C was not working. Also the lifts were not working at arrival so we had to take all the luggages 5 floors up.

Not recommended at all due to lack of basic essentials like Internet, air conditioning, limited breakfast choice, no room cleaning and insufficient towels and shower soaps.

1. No AC 2. Cockroaches/bugs in the room 3. No room cleaning (i stayed 4 nights) 4. No breakfast at 9:30 am

The actual hotel was nice!

Our room along with others, the air conditioning did not work, we had no towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, the refrigerator didn’t work, the microwave had been removed & when I took a shower, the bathtub was leaking into the bathroom floor, had no towels to dry it up with. 😡😡😡

The staff was nice. The breakfast was ok.

We have stayed many times with no issues but we will not come back. The air conditioning was not working in our room and many others. We had 1 towel because they ran out of clean towels and other little basics like Kleenex. We paid over $300 for one night and left tired and very disappointed. One elevator has been out for over a year. This property is a zero star for Wyndham. I would have asked for a refund but I was too tired to wait in the long line of complaining visitors.

Nothing

The room did not have working AC, and accord to he receptionist, there was no maintenance available to fix it the night we've stayed. Our room felt like a sauna. The gym had dead flies everywhere. The elevator was very slow with the up/down buttons not having light, it was really hard to tell if it was on the way. The breakfast literally did not have anything to eat with no yogurts available according to the kitchen worker. There were no stairs between the floors without going outside the hotel. The property was very poorly maintained. Avoid this hotel like a plague!
