I like the room and I like the fact that the floors were quiet and that there was a quiet time in effect

I didn't like the pools closed I didn't like the elevators didn't work most the time they would get stuck or stick constantly would be a smell of marijuana in the elevators and first floor. The breakfast was pretty much nothing, they had eggs, biscuits, orange juice, burned coffee, yogurt, and a couple things of bread and cereal, it was all bland and gross. The microwaves were basically inoperable, and looked really disgusting inside. And for not being able to eat much of a breakfast it was difficult trying to heat up food from our fridge.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Not far from campus. Staff was nice.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The lobby reaks of bleach and NOT in a good way. The walls are chopped, the carpets stained and the ceiling tiles are water stained and one outside of our room was COVERED in black mold. The toilets in the lobby bathroom had rings around them.

Facility was in poor condition. Only one elevator in service for 5 floors and completely sold out weekend. Photos did not reflect the actual property

Everything. It’s like an abandoned movie theatre that exists to charge $600 a night for parents weekends for UIUC students. Room was shockingly dirty, elevator didn’t work, weeds growing everywhere. Just terrible.

The outside of the property is in disrepair, the pool and lobby bar were closed during our stay. We didn’t get our room cleaned or additional towels and wash clothes during our two day stay.

Upsaled room to around $500 per night. No TV remote, hot room, uncomfortable bed with no shower gel. In addition to unrepaired property damage. We are having a difficult time receiving our refund credit with Hotels.com. Way too much time spent going back and forth between Hotels.com and Wyndham to get our refund approved.

We checked in without issue. We got into the room and there was one towel and no soap for the two of us. We did go to the front desk because the phone in the room has no labels as to what to dial for housekeeping, or anything else. I tried "0" but it didn't do anything.
