Nothing much

No air conditioning, room was sweltering, finally got a new room, last one available and it must have been used for a cat sanctuary because the smell was horrible and unrelenting, 1 small air conditioner worked slightly so daughter had to sleep close to it on a couch, this room was also so hot, thought about just sleeping in my car, should have.

Breakfast was not good

The entire place was closed. Large bar area was closed also

They said they had onsite restaurant and bar (was never open) No coffee or food before 7am if it opened then ! Carpet in hallways was torn and sticking up cause a tripping hazard, tiles falling off in room.

The room could have been properly cleaned before they checked us in. The property looked like it was being made ready for demolition - minimal lights in, no product in vending machines, bar and restaurant have been decommissioned,

Breakfast ( no one is theirnto refill ) When c came no lifts working and they told take bags on 4 Th floors by yourself ( we had a tough time at night 11:30 pm having four bags ) On second day rheybgave at first floor Room cleaning full day no one came inspire of our three personal request We were in one room 3 adult and room cleanser donot keep all items for three adults
