Abbey Lawn Hotel

The location was great and reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very helpful and tac great service

The hotel itself is very tired and in need of updating. Room was pretty poor condition.

Formal complaint sent. We could not stay in this hotel, falsely advertised as family friendly. It was actually an old people’s home !

First impressions was the smell of urine upon arrival. We would never of booked this hotel had we known it was owned by a coach company that takes oaps on holidays!!

Friendliness and helpfulness of the duty manager Room was spacious and clean

Very comfortable beds in our room, which was very important to me with bad arthritis.

Good location

Shower facilities and staff… they didn’t even tell me I had to register my car in the car park on arrival. They played extremely loud music to 12am I might aswell of slept on the dance floor then awoke again with very very noisy guests and corridors with people banging the suit cases on way out very loudly and people hoovering against my bedroom door at a stupid hour after hardly getting any sleep.
