La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento

A la hora de entrar la llave no funcionaba y dió la casualidad que subia un vecino y nos dijo que la lleve tenia una especie de boton que hacia que se alargara y asi, si funcionaba.Podian decirlo en la informacion que envian a la hora de entrar

"Fabulous apartment in Lisbon"

The location was perfect and the staff responded to our queries very quickly. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment spacious.

On arrival we found it difficult to enter the apartment. The key had to be extended to open the door and this wasn't clear. The staff responded quickly and were extremely helpful.

Adorei a localização. Maravilhosa! Pertinho do Chiado e perto de tudo. O apartamento é uma graça. Perfeito

Tive problema com a Internet. Assim que eu cheguei já liguei avisando que não tinha sinal e que eu precisava trabalhar. Disseram que viriam no dia seguinte e ninguém veio. Vieram no outro dia e não resolveram. Retornaram no outro dia e disseram que não tinham o que fazer. No último dia resolveram. Mas daí o transtorno já tinha sido grande porque eu tive que trabalhar em lavanderia, restaurante... onde tinha wifi. Mas se você não precisar tanto de Internet, recomendo!

Waiting for instructions where is apartment, for code Problem with key - no instructions. Problems with boiler and hot water ... when is there some person waiting for check inn, then almost all problem will dissapear

+ Great location, wonderful apartment, clean and includes almost all needed amenities, check-in and check-out were easy, wifi was strong, we had a great time with 2 kids - The 3 flights of stairs which I hadn't payed attention to in the description :) The apartment was smelling of bleach when we arrived, we had to keep the windows open for some time, and the water heater was not working properly, but I didn't have the time to write to anyone, if I had maybe it could have been solved
