BBQ HUB Ella

Desayuno y personal muy agradable.

En la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasaba en la cafetería. Se metían todos los olores del exterior, tuberías comida… El baño bastante mejorable, y el colchón estaba rehundido.

The Property was located near to the main area. Most of the attractions shop’s restaurants and train station are walking distance. Property was very clean and tidy.

The Rooms are very small. Maximum capacity is two. Property was bit dark. Need more lights.

В номере не было почти ничего, что указано в описании. Тапочки, халаты, утюг, wi-fi - ничего этого нет. Wi-Fi подключается, но доступа в интернет нет. На вопрос о том почему в описании указано одно, а по факту этого нет персонал улыбается и ничего не говорит. Наш номер располагался на втором этаже, недалеко от кухни (во внутреннем дворе) и в номере сильно пахло едой и дымом. Номер очень маленький и максимально простой.

The staff are very helpful they do there best to let us check in at 11:40 am thank you so much. The location is the best to access famous restaurants and cafes in ella just 2 min walk and many shops you can go to other attractions by tuk tuk with very short and cheap ride, I recommend arjun driver you can ask the receptionist for him he took us to all attractions in ella nine arches, little adam peak, ravana club and more

Frühstück ist ausgefallen und viel. Lage des Hotels ist okay nicht weit bis in die Stadt Ella . In der Nähe vom Hotel befindet sich eine sehr gute Wäscherei

Leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. WLAN sehr schlecht, oft ausgefallen am letzten Tag hatten wir kein WLAN Empfang mehr. Zimmer Safe liegt im Schrank ohne Befestigung.

We are travelling across Sri Lanka with two teenagers. Staying in a variety of hotels during our trip. We came across BBQ Hub Ella, and as we were staying one night, we booked. So glad we did. Despite the buzz of Ella in the evening, this hotel was situated on a quiet stretch. Lovely open reception. Our family room was on the second floor. After a day at the gym, then heading to Ravana Zipline and climbing Little Adam's Peak, the steps to our hotel room were a challenge! The hotel is situated very close to all the main attractions that Ella offers. Our family room consisted of two single beds (thick mattresses) and our large bed (perhaps a king size). Bathroom was basic and good enough for our needs. Plenty of hot water for showering. Air con was fab. The next morning, we headed to the reception area for breakfast. It was lovely. Quiet, semi enclosed space just behind the reception area. . We were each given a plate of fruit, toast, sweet waffles, pancakes, and we were asked what eggs we wanted (we're a family of vegetarians so I can't comment on the meat/fish options). We were also served coconut rotis, a Sri Lankan speciality, and juice. Delicious, and the staff were great and attentive. Lovely place and I would definitely recommend it if you're visiting Ella and need a quiet place to rest and recharge.
