"Would not ever stay there again and advise others to refrain from doing so"

Close to our immediate need Staff courteous in light of what they have to work with

The hotel is old and in need of extensive maintenance and sorely lacking in upkeep Window in our room was extensively cracked and at any point could have broken, refrigerator was not working correctly, the trash can bottom in bathroom was broken Furniture old, sagging. Why did we have to pay $100 deposit when they are keenly aware of properties sad existence. Is this how the con individuals to pay for their sorry upkeep? Plain thievery

Nice breakfast and staff

Misleading- booked because of the pool and embassy suites reputation- pool was closed- no website or Facebook information- no refund or break in price- we just paid full price for something that was falsely advertised. Manager agreed it should be posted but did nothing else. Will be submitting for refund. Paid $200 for a stay at a crappy hotel that was dirty, smelled awful, and ac was not working in our room. Just bad experience. Likely won’t book with booking.com or embassy suites again

The front desk staff and all others were very nice!

The property was in a rough neighborhood and was very outdated. Looked like they had patched several places and you could smell weed in the elevator

Absolutely nothing. Would NOT recommend to stay here,parking garage entrance was very steep happened to see a couple vehicles not be able to go in. People were inside the parking garage smoking marijuana my vehicle had the stench. Also to add, my son was laying in the bed when all of a sudden he got a rash on his arm didn’t know if something bit him or the detergent they use to clean the sheets but that was my last straw and went to check out two hours after checking in. Couldn’t stay any longer there had to get a different hotel. Front staff tho was very welcoming.
