Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport

Staff refused to do park and fly. Said they couldn't even though I have did probably once a year for the last 12 years. He claimed they are having vandalism problems.......

Room is terrible, not cleaned at all. I am not someone who wants to complain but I felt too uncomfortable to sleep let alone allow my children to sleep in a room that was so unclean. The woman at the front desk was sweet and gave us another room. This room was mildly cleaner but still uncomfortable. There were cigerette ashes on the bed but the bed even though the room is supposed to be smoke free. I hate confrontation so I didn't go back down to the front desk to tell them the room is not good. After this 2 day stay, i will have paid $400 for a room I feel is equivalent to a $50/night highway motel in the rooms. Very disappointed. Almost sick to my stomach at the price for what we are staying in. Staff have been friendly but rooms are not up to par by any means. You're much better off to stay at a significantly cheaper hotel for likely a more comfortable and clean experience. If I knew I could get my money back, we would leave right now and find a better place to stay.
