GLō Best Western Brooklyn NYC

Do NOT stay at this hotel! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The parking is limited to 5 cars. The area is sketchy!

Our check-in was fairly smooth until it came time to receive very mumbled, rapid-fire instructions from the front desk. We honestly had a very difficult time making out anything that was said, with the exception of the directions to our room and what time a drink and granola bar would be available to us at the front desk, for "breakfast." We arrived at our room and before settling in, I was sure to fully inspect all sheets, pillows, and pillowcases, only to find hair that appeared to be both from someone's head as well as, pubic hair. I also found one pillow to be stained with blood, which I quickly removed from the bed. The sheets appeared to be mostly clean. I also noticed the appearance of grease on the desk in the room. The room was very small, though good enough for our one-night stay. There were two windows with adjustable blinds but only light in the entrance, a light in the bathroom, and two very dim lights in the bed area. It was difficult to see much because of this. We headed out to our concert and had a great time. Upon arriving back at the hotel, at around 1 am, we quietly headed to our room and went to bed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any sleep. From the time we arrived, until 9 am, which was the time our alarm was set for, the noise and chaos in the halls and other rooms, was non-stop. I heard everything from constant yelling, drunk and belligerent laughter and running, televisions at full volume, and loud music. I won't ever stay here again, sadly.

Overall my stay was good. They don’t serve breakfast just bag n go and they only have 7 parking spots.

Decent room that was clean and comfortable. However, the 'free on-site parking' includes 7 parking spots total. When we arrived, we were told that the parking lot was full and that we had to find street parking. Also, the 'breakfast buffet' was a little goodie bag with some cookies, orange juice, muffin, and croissant.

The roomwas clean but the Coffee machine. The staff was super friendly at the reception. They say Parking available but it's not true. We parked on the street... it was so noisy (If you stay there, ask for room on the opposite side of the street) But after all it wasn't that bad....

Awesome place to stay , cozy rooms super clean and safe parking

Walking distance to restaurants. Very small space parking lot.

It was comfortable, the room was clean. However, the previous occupant set the alarm for six in the morning and It woke us up we earlier than we wanted to. Perhaps the maid service can just glance at the alarm clock to see if it is on
