GLō Best Western Brooklyn NYC

I really liked how quiet it was, i liked how friendly and respectful the staff was. Overall i was very pleased with my stay, very good service!

My stay was amazing, I booked this hotel base on other people reviews, and I totally agree was perfect for my short gateway, I only have one feedback for the hotel management to add a full length mirror to the room, my room was 303.

Hotel is good. It is clean enough - there is vinyl flooring in the guest rooms and they didn't feel really clean but I think they just may not be using the right cleaner on them. Bed was comfortable. Linens were all clean and bathroom was nice. Parking lot only has about 5 or 6 spots but I didn't have a problem ...

Staff have been very accommodating, and patient. Only thing that didn't make me comfortable was having to constantly approach someone to fetch my stuff from the fridge, and having to wait on them if they are not at the front desk. My suggestion is they include breakfast, and monitor people who come in the communal area. That would do well. Yes the hotel wants the guests to support the community but the community has to measure up the expectations of tourists or visiting New York and they don't have the wit or the will to make do with changes to suite our varying needs.

The hotel is nice! Definitely great for one night. Only issue is we requested a late check out which was granted but housekeeping still knocked on our door in the morning. We even had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door which made their interruption very annoying.

We enjoyed our stay. 2 & 3 blocks from subway. Speedway/gas station across the street. Police station is next door to the hotel.

Breakfast waste in bags, house keepers dont bring towels you have to go down and get them. Limited parking only 7 spaces in the lot.

We stayed there because there was a gym, on-site parking & breakfast. There was no spots available for parking (6 total on-site), the breakfast was a bag with a yogurt, apple and bags of cookies and the gym was closed with no communication. The room was FREEZING, our second day our room wasn't cleaned until 6pm after we called at 3pm. There was no hot water for longer than 5 minutes, and once it was cold it didn't heat up again. would not recommend at all.
