Very small parking lot, difficult enter for a SUV, hard to find street parking

Nice size rooms, only complaint is there’s no fridge in the rooms, the floors are hardwood, and the door to the bathroom leaves a huge gap when you close it (so if your showering and someone walks into the room they can see you thru the gap) other than that the property location feels safe with a police precinct right across the street. Also they don’t charge an incidental fee like other hotels they just ask for a card to place on file.

Last minute reservation, everything was smooth

Check in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed. The hotel is very clean. Our room was spacious enough for two people to not be on top of each other. The bathroom was updated for a modern look. Loved the big shower. Free parking was a plus. But limited to 8 parking places, first come first serve. My only real cons are there were no coffee cups in the room, just plastic water cups, and the area the hotel is in didn't have many walkable dining options. Plan to do door dash.

It was great and the staff was really friendly and considerate. If i ever go to New York this is where ill always stay.
