BRAutonomia e comodidade por estar em uma casa
Já estive varias vezes lá, porem percebo que a cada ano que passa, está ficando decadente, eles tão mantêm o mesmo padrão de qualidade, as coisas vão ficando velhas e sujas. As casas não têm o mesmo padrão de conforto quanto a travesseiros, quantidade de louças e toalhas de banho. Cada vez que vamos temos que comprar algo, dessa vez foram os travesseiros. O telefone não funcionava, o exaustor não funcionava, a churrasqueira estava sem gás, o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. Eles até fazem a manutenção, mas pra cada coisa você tem que chamar., deveriam fazer uma vistoria antes de entregar a casa ao hóspede.
USErik was very friendly upon check in. Process was quick easy and smooth. Easy to navigate the area as well as informative.
Trash clean up was inconsistent. Some times it would be 2 days before they would remove it. AC stopped worked, although they did come fix it, felt like it kept auto adjusting to a higher setting making it sticky and hot. There is 1 thermostat for a 2 floor home which wasn't ideal.

The furniture was dirty and stained. Had to cover with sheets to feel comfortable to use them.

ILמיקום מצוין במרחק סביר מכל האטרקציות והפארקין המרכזיים של אורלנדו - כרבע שעה עד 20 דק. הבית מרווח מאוד! לכל חדר שירותים מקלחת וחדר ארונות, החדרים עצמם גדולים ומרווחים, המטבח רחב ומאובזר היטב על אף שלא השתמשנו בו כדי לבשל. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש שעבדו מצוין. החצר מאובזרת גם היא בריהוט גן ומנגל (שגם בו לא יצא לנו להשתמש). מעבר לזה יש בריכה מגניבה וגם חדר כושר, חניה פרטית לכל וילה. בקיצור מגורים ברמה גבוהה לא ניצלנו מספיק את כל הטוב הזה.
זה לא קריטי - אבל השליטה על המזגן אינה דרך שלט אלא לוח שממוקם בקיר בקומה העליונה
