CNBRUSThe outside of the building looks nice.
The house we booked had a fridge leak. They put us in another house. Also had multiple things wrong with it. Lights didn’t work, washer & dryer didn’t work, Bathroom towel racks were broken and laying in the counter. Carpet was dirty. Spiders, worms, roaches throughout the house. We complained and nothing was offered to move us again. We left early. Totally disappointed and no refund was given even for the nights we weren’t there. Again, we left due to the bugs being the final straw. Staff offered no assistance.
DEUSIt was gated and beautifully maintained. My teenagers were able to walk around unsupervised and enjoy the pool and restaurant and gym.
There was literally nothing to not like!
