Great desert experience and very friendly staff

hmm.. it was really average.

lack of transparency about the extra charges, inadequate facilities at the pool and the room. no air conditioning in the room.

amazing location, fabulous infinity pool, great sense of the desert, and enough to do... or not to do as you please! Staff all very helpful and food was great too, local and tasty. Quad bike ride was a highlight too, feel very much a part of the desert! Entertainment was also fun - and thanks for the birthday cake treat! Yum!

Loungers on the tent terrace need better support- the cushion just squashes through the open metal frame!

A full of good surprises, spectacular swimming pool, amazing desert views with the atlas mountains at the back, the food, the music show, we even celebrate my wife birthday and they make a good surprise. Also I like the cat

- the staff and the down to earth feel of the whole place - food and dinner experience was great - camel riding was easily organised and really fun - location was lovely

the idea of the space is really great but the space and rooms are starting to look a bit shabby (eg bathroom pain splotches, doors not closing, not super hot water at times etc)

Food and welcome from owner were very good. Nice music in main tent in evening.

We were unlucky with weather, but meant we had a very wet floor in am. The camp does need some TLC.

very clean, staff was very nice, location was outstanding, adequate hot water, comfortable beds, great ambiance, overall excellent experience. Quads were fun.

pool was not heated, internet was minimal, so so water pressure.

good food amazing views and nice decor spacious rooms the bigger , main tent is very cozy and warm.

materials and construction starting do degrade - our room door didn't work, the pool heating wasn't working, the toilet was loose... when you looked around to the details you could see some things are broken or getting old.
