Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center

One of the better, newer, four seasons I’ve stayed at with the level of service you expect. Great F&B options as well, and unreal views make it a good choice when in town

I had booked a junior suite for 3 nights (pay 2 get 1 free) at 1500$ a night for early August via the Four Seasons app. Check-in on 60th floor is impressive with sweeping views of Philly. That was the only nice part of my “stay”. When checking in, there was a lingering fish odor in the reception due to the restaurant nearby. My suite (5402) was cramped, with tiny windows, adjacent to the elevators and with limited views. I immediately asked to change suite and ended up visiting 4 seperate suites (additional 300$ a night) and panoramic rooms. All felt cramped, with poor room/suite configuration. I left the hotel and booked at the Rittenhouse Hotel nearby (Rittenhouse floor) where rooms and suites are clean and spacious. Four Seasons Philly seems targeted towards business people visiting Philly rather than loyal customers. Price for tiny rooms and cramped suites are excessive. The views - some of the adjacent buildings and air conditioning systems - cannot justify everything and anything. When I complained about limited size of rooms and views, I was told that the Presidential was available. I was also told that limited room and suite sizes are a common complaint. My advice: have a drink at the Four Seasons and spend your money elsewhere for larger rooms. This is not NYC and 1000$+ a night for cramped rooms is a NO!

Incredible. Everything was perfect and the four seasons over delivered. Yes it is pricey but the amazing service and amenities are well worth it.

Great location, very friendly staff and good food. Four Seasons Philadelphia welcomes as family and treats like a royalty. As accomodationg as a hotel can get with exquisite service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel, and wow, what an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an ambiance of elegance and sophistication. The stunning decor, warm lighting, and friendly staff created an inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The room was nothing short of magnificent! Spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the luxurious amenities one could wish for. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the breathtaking view from the window was the perfect way to wake up each morning. I loved every moment I spent unwinding in my oasis of comfort. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delightful culinary journey! The menu offered a splendid array of dishes that tantalized my taste buds. Each meal was a work of art, beautifully plated and expertly prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every need was met and every experience was exceptional. Overall, my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was a dream come true. The perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service made for an amazing getaway!

From check-in on the 60th floor to check-out 4 days later I have new respect for what has been accomplished at this hotel. The views, the service, the rooms, the food and beverage, interactions with all staff at all levels, the attention to each and every detail was simply over the top. I cannot say enough regarding the zen like thought that went into the rooms, the bar, the lobby - each and every detail was simply over the top. There are many great hotels but this has moved to the top of my list. BRAVO!
