Amazing property...and the elevators with the views while going up 60 flights are emaculate!!!

The ambiance and location were great!

There was nothing I did not like about this place.

I will definitely come back again

This property was a great choice to watch the eagles parade from the window or mix and mingle with the crowd. Walking distance to everything. Great eatery’s and beautiful ambiance at this hotel.

The valet service is attentive and quick. Be advised that the rate is Eight Five dollars a day. The front desk is professional and attentive to guests needs and schedules. Lobby check in is on the 60th floor and there is an express elevator from the ground. The rooms are on the floors below the lobby 59-51. When you arrive you will take the elevator up to 60 and then there is another bank of 3 elevators that you will take down to your room. Floor access is room key activated 24 hours a day. This hotel is very quiet. Even the standard rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Being so new, the property is still very clean. The hot water in the shower did fluctuate often so you will need to be cautious with the mixer. The bed mattress was new and comfortable. The room lighting was great and easily controlled. In room dining (room service) is very accurate with the timing. FHR included breakfast which was major benefit for the early morning business traveler than cannot wait for the restaurants to open. All staff members were professional and maintained the high standards that Four Seasons is known for. This property acknowledged the AMEX FHR reservation and did not give me any grief for not booking direct with Four Seasons. Tips: 1. Boxed water is readily available at the valet. Stock up at departure and arrival. 2. This is a mid high rise hotel. If you have any issues with stairs keep in mind that if there is a fire alarm and you need to exit the building you will need to go down 60 flights of stairs. You would be surprised how fatiguing that can be and an average person will need about 25 minutes to complete this task. If you have any mobility issues, if there is an emergency event you have to consider how you will exit via the stairwell as the elevators will be shut down.
