Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center

This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. However, the spa and pool staff more than made up for it… they were exceptional. The views are stunning, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. If you’re visiting Philadelphia, this hotel is a must stay!

Wow. The Four Seasons at the Comcast Center has changed the game of hospitality in the city of Philadelphia. This hotel is among the finest properties I’ve stayed at in the world. From the incredible Sky High lobby of glass overlooking the entire city from 60 stories up; the infinity pool with a view; the rooms of elegance and clean design that feel like a warm hug; the EXCELLENT food; and the unparalleled Four Seasons service demonstrated by every single employee I’ve encountered. This hotel is my home away from home, and I always can’t wait to come back. If you want to know where everyone from the Lakers to the Cowboys to Aerosmith and Madonna stay in Philly: this is it. It’s worth every penny. Do not even look at the other local options if you can afford it. There are no competitors. The Four Seasons Philadelphia is in a league of its own. Even Bethenny Frankel of RHONY called it “the best hotel in the U.S.” and she would certainly know. Bravo to the entire staff! Thanks for always making me feel like family.

Excellent in every way

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly Concierge Staff that went out of their way to assist us. They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. When we entered the Lobby, the staff was smiling & very friendly, we noticed the professionalism of the staff and the eye contact showed us that they were paying attention to us and cared about our time there. We absolutely loved the Suite that we stayed in. The personal touch was extremely surprising and like nothing else. This staff is remarkable, thank you “Stephanie” for the window art, it made our jaws drop that you took the time to provide us with such a perfect experience with the personal touch. This was World Class. Thank you times 5.

This is a beautiful and very modern high-rise hotel. One takes a glass elevator to floor 60 (lobby) to check in, and then a separate elevator to the guest rooms. We didn't love having to take two elevators every time we wanted to access the street. It is located in a business area so a bit of a walk to restaurants and shopping. Not a deal killer but the area is pretty deserted at night. We had a Landmark suite and it was quite an odd layout. Long hallway, huge bathroom, decent bedroom, tiny sitting area. Overall, it was a lot of sq footage and quite a bit was unusable. Views are amazing from the lobby/rooms/restaurant. We had a great dinner at Jean Georges, the food was great although quite pricey. The valet guys were outstanding! We have stayed at Four Seasons in the past and part of the rationalization for the very high room rates, has been that we have enjoyed the beautiful grounds and ammentities at some of their other resorts. This being a high-rise, there are no grounds to enjoy. Overall, this is a beautiful and very luxurious hotel.
