Friendly Service and Happy to go out of there way to help you, With anything, You ask, Room Service was Excellent, Meals were great. Plenty of towels, Staff were happy to change a taxi booking for me.

Do enough information about dinner reservations, due to new staff , been unable to tell me of, due to the restaurant being closed on Sunday and Monday evenings, So didn’t realise I could order a dinner, through room service,

The rooms are very comfortable, and the location is safe and close to everything.

There's not much I don't like! But it would be great to have an idea of when your room is being cleaned, because I was working in my room and it was difficult to work around cleaners.

clean tidy, friendly staff, Loved the cold water dispenser on our level and the breakfasts were great

shower was a bit crap, no pressure and fridge wasn't very cold
