This property was terrible. It was like a housing unit with tennates doors open exposing there lifestyles. There were homeless people living under the stairs and no security. I had to walk through unsafe conditions to reach the room. This if not a family stay over property. I requested an immediate refund. This place should be removed from expedia. Nasty Ghetto

Sheets was dirty and room was dirty

Room wasn't cleaned prior to check in tv didn't work nor did the shower

No shower curtain, red stains all over the carpet and broken glass on windows.

The carpets were very stained and dirty. Holes in the walls. No garbage can or even toilet paper. Front desk didnt have any garbage cans..?

This place is unsafe, dirty carpets, bugs everywhere, filthy sheets with stains ,fridge is old with rust all over it, mold buildup, nasty stains on bathroom tub. The breakfast advertised consisted of a few cereal bars and a pot of coffee, In the middle of the night someone have an access card and open the door trying to force into the room, and the door lock prevented him and took off running. This property has only 2 cameras , one at the front desk and laundry room. I called the police and moved out the next morning and before that the access card for the door keep getting turn off. The front desk does not verify if a guest is actually the one at the room, Anybody can walk in and said my card is not working with any room number and the card is activated. This is very scary . I cannot believe with my own eyes that this place is doing business . People save yourself and your family from booking at this place. Do not get fool by the positive reviews . The pictures were not taken at this hotel. Furniture was super old, carpet was dirty, room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stay Away

I did not like that I had to park around the building from my room.

When I got to the hotel and tried to check in, I was told there weren’t any rooms available. I tried contacting you, people, with no success. I waited over 15 minutes online, with that absolutely terrible music. I will never use you people again. You wasted $74 of my money.

Convenient location near highway. Horrible cigarette smell in the room. Soiled carpet. Dirty sheets. Dirty towels. Filthy mirror. Did not have the room I booked available and did resolve the issue. Would not stay again. Would not recommend to anyone.
