Estaba en proceso de remodelación por ende el ruido y subir las escaleras era algo incómodo.

the location was great for taking tours and exploring the city! unfortunately each time a toilet somewhere else in the hotel would flush toilet water would rain down from our bathroom ceiling. also this hotel was under construction when we were staying there, we were never notified of this. each morning at around 8 am we would wake up to banging and drill noises which would be CONTINUOUS until at least 11 am. they DO have an elevator but it is almost ALWAYS out of order. we had to carry our bags down 5 flights of stairs when we checked out. there are also many areas in the stairwell with seemingly exposed wires, which does not seem safe to me. it was generally just pretty dingy BUT if you’re going to be out of the hotel for most of the day & are looking based on location ONLY, this place was great!

I have stayed there before. it is such a good location within easy walking of the Metro and the Grand Place. There are plentiful high quality restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel is undertaking major refurbishment and the lift was out on the Thursday and Saturday evening/Sunday. But the lift is a museum piece from the late 1970's and is being replaced. When I next visit it should be fine.

The location was good for walking to meeting points, shopping and restaurants and the Metro.

This property is undergoing extensive renovations at this time (June 2026). My bathroom was new but the room and carpet were terribly outdated, hence the renovations. The bed was comfortable enough. I would avoid until renos are complete. No elevator when I stayed but staff carried my bags to room.

No nos avisaron que no funcionaba el ascensor. Nos dieron un sexto piso . Además había que subir obligatoriamente por escaleras de servicio donde estaba lleno de cosas de obra, materiales de recambio. Alfombras sucias . Por gente que nos cruzamos en el lugar esto es algo que viene de mucho tiempo. En el baño el tacho de basura tenía residuos. Una lástima qué no terminen sus reformas y luego seguir alquilando . Asi si sería perfecto.

Chambre agréable et très propre. Hôtel très bien situé.

Des travaux en cours dans l'hôtel rendant l'ascenseur parfois inutilisable. Je suis une personne PMR je l'avais bien précisé. Ma cousine et moi étions au 4e étage, la réception est au moins 1; Impossible pour moi de prendre le petit dej sur place car il y avait 20 marches à descendre et remonter et pas d'ascenseur; Ils auraient dû nous prévenir, Ma cousine est diabétique et a besoin de petit dej solide dès le matin, Obligées d'aller place agora. Personnel de très mauvaise foi pour l'ascenseur, Soyez patientes, alors que l'ascenseur était bloqué régulièrement! Ma cousine a dû descendre tous les étages car ils n'agissaient pas.
