Ubicación Excelente Habitación y baño muy bien

Mi principal filtro para este tiempo es el aire acondicionado, pagué más por eso y no había. Al reclamar me dieron un ventilador El hotel está en obras, mucho ruido y polvo. El ascensor no siempre funciona. Esto es entendible, solo lo menciono. Pero lo del aire es un incumplimiento que ni el hotel ni booking se hicieron cargo.

Modern bathroom. Very clean overall. Staff lovely.

Street noise all night. While clean and cared for, the hotel was shabby and dull. Room amenities very basic.

Hotel is under renovation. Only one elevator which keeps breaking down. The central air conditioning works only between June-July. Hence if you are staying during other months, they give you a table fan. The heat can get unbearable

There was very loud construction going on inside the hotel all day long, it was so so loud! Elevator broke down. No assistance in bringing bags down. Bathroom was dirty/used at check in No airconditioning in the bedroom, although stated there is?

Que pedí habitación sin ruido y como eramos 4, nos dieron una que había pegado a un callejón donde había muchísimo ruido cuando el hotel tenía poca ocupación

The advertised air conditioning was not working, which was a real issue, as a heat wave hit Brussels during my stay The hotel is undergoing a reconstruction. I had construction workers working literally in front of my window - with open flame - thus not only was the air conditioning not working, but using the window was of no help as well. A request for a room change was declined by the staff

HONTEUX Le seul mot qui est a dire pour cet hôtel. Arrivée le samedi 30 9h00 . A 15h plus d ascenseur en panne nous sommes au 5ème étage et mon amie a 75a. Donc monter et descendre a pieds. Le comble toujours pas de technicien a l horizon le samedi et le dimanche jour de mon départ. Ce qui en découle descendre valises 5 étages HONTEUX
