Albert Court in Liverpool

Basic student accommodation but clean and reasonably comfortable. Quiet during the student holiday period and free secure car parking was available for the whole week. There's a shared kitchen in each set of 6 apartments but almost had it to myself during the holiday season. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. A 10 minute walk from Lime St; additional 10-15 mins from the waterfront. Pretty good value

No complaints. It's basic but it's student accommodation so it's what you expect. Better than I had as a student!

The staff of the building (but NOT the guest365 staff) The location

Everything else. When I arrived the room was very dirty, including the bed / the sheets. I complained at the reception but the (very kind) staff told me they can’t do anything as guest365 is responsible for my room, I should call them. I tried to call but I couldn’t even get through so I sent a message (their preferred and ‘fastest’ way of communication- as per their own words). I received a request to send pictures 30 min later (around 7pm), which I did. I kindly requested this matter to be solved asap. The next morning (11am!!!) they replied, that they’ll send a cleaner at some point in the day. That’s it? Luckily, the actual staff of the building was more than helpful and they arranged for me to get a room in ‘their’ part of the building, which was clean and looked more modern as well. Unfortunately, I was woken up at 4am due to a very noisy neighbour, but that’s just unlucky.

La habitación estaba sucia, la cama era incómoda. La ducha tampoco estaba muy limpia

Communication was very easy and clear, and the services were very nice. The room is good for 1 person, and with enough power socket along the room.

The bathroom is decent, although a little messy without curtains that goes till the floor. Not an issue, but can be slippery after a shower

Ubicación y amplitud habitación.

No había papeleras, ni en la habitación ni en zonas comunes. Había una cocina común pero con el menaje justo y sin jabón friegaplatos o estropajo. Ruido a las 5am de gente borracha que se puso a beber en la cocina común y que después decidieron beberse nuestra leche de la nevera que teníamos para desayunar.
