Location , room facilities, quiet, kitchen everything was good

Location is okay.

The room wasn't clean, chair in room was broken, and facilities and common areas were out of use.

Prima locatie aan de rand van het centrum, dicht bij de Universiteiten. Veel supermarkten in de directe nabijheid, zoals de Lidl. De kamer was ruim genoeg voor de singlereiziger en was van de basisvoorzieningen voorzien. Eigen wc en douche, die waren prima. Internet werkte ook prima

Het bed was niet erg comfortabel

Si,cómodo. Lindas instaciones y a metros hay un Lidl.

Que no se podía usar la cocina. Que no tenía agua caliente para bañarme y estaba tapado el lavamanos. Me lo resolvieron en el día pero quería bañarme por la mañana y hasta la tarde no pude.

Location good, 15 mins walk to town , friendly staff very helpful, clean , local shop next door open till 4am , lidl across the road 😀

No tv in room neither kettle but would still stay again , staff did let me take an hot drink back to room

Location was as expected.

There was no hot water. The 'help' facility was useless. Sent a message just after 19:00 and got no response. Made a phone call at 21.32 and the customer service representative, who was very polite, said that they would either get someone over or change rooms by 22;00. Waited up all night but no one came. This meant that all plans for socialising and even going out to eat were put on hold. Exhausted and uncomfortable went to sleep. The next morning I called 4 times, sent in a video, with varying degrees of helpfulness. The issue was finally fixed at about 10:28.
