Albert Court in Liverpool

Good location and excellent value for money. Would absolutely recommend for short stays. Staff on-site was friendly and overall the room was nice enough.

We didn't have soap, toilet paper, a bin or even curtain shower in the room which felt a little extreme regardless of the price.

Location was good not so far away from the centre, around 10 minutes walking. The checkin was smooth and very easy.

We got just a set of 2 little flasks of shower gel shampoo for 2 for the two days we stayed :/

Could be cleaner but not too bad.

I liked the property’s convenient location, it wasn’t too far from the city centre and had good public transport connections.

There were a few things I didn’t like. The mattress was quite hard and the room was very noisy, you could hear a lot from the hallway and other rooms. The shower was extremely small; you were practically touching the shower curtain while using it, and the bathroom floor would get completely soaked during a shower, which really needs a better solution. The window in my room also didn’t close properly. Another important issue is that guests aren’t allowed to use the kitchen, even though the listing includes a photo of it. This should be clearly stated before booking, not after, it felt misleading.
