Chalet Motel - Affordable Stay in Central Bend

The desk clerk insisted on a $20 cash deposit only refundable after 10:30 the next morning. Gone long before that, she kept my $20. I suspect she’s making tax-free money $20 at a time from unsuspecting customers like myself. I feel cheated.

Clean, large room and bathroom. Large bed with right firmness. Quiet day and night in my room middle of back row. Excellent long, new desk with chair, worked well both for my computer time and back health. Manger was personable and efficient, available and helpful. The price was right, and for the quality, best value

Stayed for 6 nights. There was no phone to contact the front office. House keeping was spotty. Last 2 days I had no wash clothes. If I had not brought my clothes on hangers I would had no place to hang my clothes as it was I hung them off a shelf. No place to put your suitcase. They did have a microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Modern fittings, comfortable room, nice touches like real coffee maker with real cups. Good value.

They put me in a smoking room, though non-smoking rooms were available.

I had to buy my own blankets because the fitted sheet was nasty with stains all over them, the walls were nasty with dirt and stuff all over it, the chairs had stains all over them. It was just gross. People were climbing in and out of the dumpster at all times. I wish I took photos but I do not recommend this place. I left it cleaner than when I arrived.
