Chalet Motel - Affordable Stay in Central Bend

They said over the phone no extra fees then wanted a $20 deposit when I showed up. Acted weird and rude as if they didn't want to give me the room I booked. Won't stay again because I didn't appreciate the way I was treated, plus they also banged on my door before it was even checkout time trying to rush us out before 11

Unique room, price was great, outside curb appeal nice, desk clerk friendly

Several Long dark hairs in bedding No ice machine Gap under door let in cold air, heater super noisy right by bed so we turned off.

Very affordable, didn't expect much for the low price, just needed a place to rest our heads for cheap.

The way they take down to much info off your ID when you check in. Like who needs your driver license #. Usually ID is just to verify who you are and to make sure you are the one who reserved the room. Not write down your ID number and address. Idk maybe I was over thinking it. But you can never be to careful with hackers now a days.

The bed was not comfortable. No bedside lamps

Bed bugs. Do not stay here. Phone calls go unanswered. Would not recommend. Disappointed with Travelocity that they would not refund my money.
